The Woodlands is a highly sought-after community located in Columbia, South Carolina. Our subdivision is a well-established and reasonably sized neighborhood that boasts many lots that are adjacent to the fairways and greens of the Woodlands Golf & Country Club. Since 1980, the Woodlands NE Homeowners Association has been a group of voluntary homeowners who work together to provide various services. These services include:
- Creating opportunities for residents to get to know each other and promoting a sense of community and safety
- Making information and resources readily available to homeowners
- Ensuring that common areas such as entrances and islands are well-maintained
- Advocating for and managing available resources
- Encouraging government officials to take action that will protect and enhance property values
- Collaborating with strategic partners such as the Woodlands Country Club, Spring Valley High School, and other nearby neighborhood associations.

The Woodlands Northeast HOA private Facebook group was created to give neighbors a place to exchange information, share local updates, and more! The HOA also uses Facebook to disseminate information to our residents.
